Useful Information

Ordering in Bulk

Our definition of bulk is

5 or more crochet items

5 or more slimes of the same type

10 or more slime of different types

To order in bulk, please reach out to us via Instagram (@MontanaSlime for Slime or @Danielcrochets4life for Crochet) or via the contact forum on our website.

What happens after I placed and paid my bulk order?

After you placed and paid for your order, we will start working on your slime/crochet.
During High-Season processing time might take up to 3 weeks, whereas during the Low-Season the processing time takes up to 1 week. During Holidays, processing time counts from the end of the holiday (e.g. Order placed and payed on 23 of December, processing time counts from 26th of December onwards)


Holidays

Our official holidays list:

  1. New Year (1st-2nd January)
  2. Easter (Maundy Thursday-Easter Monday)
  3. 1st of May (1st of May)
  4. Halloween (31st-1st October/November)
  5. Christmas (22nd-26th December)

What does that mean for me?

The only difference for you, is that the processing time is these days longer than usual. (e.g. You order on 23rd of December. Your order will be processed on 26th of December)

Processing time and Shipping

Processing time:

  1. Slimes -> 2-3 days
  2. Crochet Plushies -> 4-5 days
  3. Crochet wearables -> 2-3 weeks
  4. other -> 1-3 days

Shipping:

You package will be shipped with the Austrian Post Service (Österreichische Post). If there should be any damage to the package/product inside, please contact us via the contact forum.

Returns

How do I return something?

To return something, simply contact our team within the 14 days of where your package has arrived. They will file a return and make sure everything runs smoothly.

What is NOT eligible for return?

  1. Anything that has been damaged after shipment.
  2. Any type of slime (no matter if custom or not custom)
  3. Any kind of custom product (custom shirt, custom plushie, ...)
  4. Any kind of wearables

These 4 items are not allowed to be returned under any circumstances.
